All Puppies are sold as pet quality unless otherwise stated! The within-described puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the Seller's knowledge, at the time of the sale. All puppies have been wormed and vaccinated up to the date of sale. It is the Buyers responsibility for all veterinary care and its associated cost once the puppy leaves the breeder's possession to go to the Buyer's home.
Initial Warranty period: Seller has instructed the Buyer to have the puppy checked by a licensed Vet (within 72 hours of purchase). If the Veterinarian finds anything that is Life Threatening with the puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value or a refund will be given, ( breeder's Choice) provided a letter from the examing Vet is offered as evidence of the puppy's illness, and the puppy is returned within the warranty period. Certain illnesses, such as Parvo, Giardia, Clostridia, Coccidia, and Kennel Cough are highly contagious and are easily passed to the pup from other animals or the environment. Because of the extremely contagious nature of these illnesses, they cannot be guaranteed after the pup has left the Seller's premises.
The Buyer understands that the Seller has instructed Buyer not to take the puppy to public places (including, but not limited to, parks, neighbors', Pet Smart or ther pet stores, puppy classes/training, etc) until the puppy has received his/her finial rounds of vaccinations usually at (16 weeks of age). This is for the health of the puppy and to avoid contact with areas where infected or unvaccinated dogs may have been or may be present with such illness/bacteria/fungus causing Parvo, gairdia, clostridia, coccidia, etc, might be present. This is to protect the puppy, and could save the puppy's life. Any illness contracted from the Buyer's decision not to follow these guidelines will void the guarantee.
Note: Not included in the guarantee, are health problem arising from trauma, abuse, or failure to maintain general health care of this dog. Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, inoculations, parasite control, and preventative medications. And if for any reason the buyer is unable to keep this dog in the future, it is to be returned to the seller with NO reimbursement to the buyer.
Buyer acknowledges that this written contract constitutes the agreement regarding the health, condition, care and loss of the puppy between the buyer and breeder and that NO other representations, either oral or written have been made regarding the described above. The puppy MUST be seen by a Certified Veterinarian within 72 hrs of new ownership for the warranty to be valid, with a copy of paperwork of said visit sent to us for our records.
